Valentines Day Pre-Order Rules
 
 
Delivery Rules:
Deliveries will start at 9am 2/14. Timeframes cannot be guaranteed due to volume of orders. If needing a specific time frame, please consider picking up your arrangement or ordering for delivery the day before. 
 
We offer photo confirmation of delivery. Please provide your phone number if you would like a texted photo of your arrangement being delivered. Otherwise, a photo
will be emailed to the purchaser for delivery confirmation. 
 
Due to availability, we may need to substitute flowers in the bouquet chosen. If so, we will do our best to source the flowers that match the original variety. If there is a major change, we will contact you and let you know. 
 
Custom changes to the arrangements will not be available for the Valentine’s Day season. 
 
Cancellation and Refund Policy:

• All Valentine’s Day orders are non-refundable once placed due to high demand and flower preparation.

• Cancellations made after 2/10/25 will not be eligible for refunds.
   

Pickup Details:

• Pick up orders must be collected between 9am-7pm on 2/14 to ensure freshness.

• Arrangements not picked up by the end of the day will be considered forfeited unless prior arrangements are made.
