At Kate's Flower Farm, we strive to provide the highest quality flowers and arrangements. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on any items. Once the flowers leave our farm, they are not guaranteed to last any specific amount of time. All sales are final.
2. Pickup and Delivery
All pickups and deliveries require confirmation by email or phone before they can take place. You will receive an email or phone call from us to confirm the details of your order and schedule a convenient pickup or delivery time.
3. Allergies and Reactions
Kate's Flower Farm is not responsible for any physical reactions to the flowers or products used. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they are not allergic to any of the products. If you have known allergies, please inform us prior to placing your order so we can accommodate your needs as best as possible.
4. Pesticide-Free, Natural Products
We pride ourselves on using natural, pesticide-free methods in cultivating our flowers. All our products are grown without the use of pesticides, ensuring that you receive the most natural flowers possible.
5. Seasonality and Availability
All items are subject to the seasonality of growth and what is available at the time of your order. We work with the freshest, in-season flowers and may substitute items based on availability to ensure the highest quality arrangements.
